R&TTE 產(chǎn)品可以分為三類：
（1） 單純的RE 產(chǎn)品，比如手機(jī)、對(duì)講機(jī)、無線鼠標(biāo)、無線鍵盤、車載遙控器等；
（2） 單純的TTE 產(chǎn)品，比如有繩電話、有線Modem 等；
（3） 既是RE 產(chǎn)品、又是TTE 產(chǎn)品，比如無繩電話、無線Modem 等
R&TTE 的基本要求
根據(jù)R&TTE 指令（EC）Article 3，基本要求（Essential Requirements）如下：
1. The following essential requirements are applicable to all apparatus:（以下要求使用到所有
R&TTE 產(chǎn)品）
(a) the protection of the health and the safety of the user and any other person, including the
objectives with respect to safety requirements contained in Directive 73/23/EEC, but with no
voltage limit applying ;對(duì)用戶和其他人的健康（比如手機(jī)的SRA 要求EN50360）和安全（比
如手機(jī)的安規(guī)要求EN）的保護(hù)，就設(shè)計(jì)到73/23/EEC 指令，也就是LVD 指令，但
沒有電壓極限要求
(b) the protection requirements with respect to electromagnetic compatibility contained in
Directive EEC; 要適合EMC 指令的要求（比如手機(jī)，EN）
2. In addition, radio equipment shall be so constructed that it effective uses the spectrum allocated
to terrestrial/space radio communication and orbital resources so as to avoid harmful interference;
另外，為了避免對(duì)頻譜的有害干擾，無線裝置，設(shè)備應(yīng)當(dāng)有效使用分配到陸地/空間上的無
線通訊頻譜（比如手機(jī)的RF 要求EN301511）。
（注：其中沒有電壓極限要求 就是說涉及到RF 部分的 不管電壓有多低，都需要進(jìn)行LVD
測試）
