如果經(jīng)過檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)電路和油路都沒有問題，那么就有可能是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)生的機(jī)械故障。
一般柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)生機(jī)械故障的幾率比較低，但是一旦發(fā)生機(jī)械故障就面臨著要大修發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)了，常見的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)械故障有拉缸、燒瓦、搗缸等等，一般情況下發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)生機(jī)械故障都是有前兆的，比如在正常作業(yè)中發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)突然運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)無力，或是總冒黑煙以及運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程有異響等等。
4、大修發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)
機(jī)械故障多是在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作時(shí)發(fā)生的，冷車啟動(dòng)時(shí)發(fā)生機(jī)械故障幾率較低，而且一般挖掘機(jī)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)生機(jī)械故障都需要吊裝發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行拆解維修，建議找部門或是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)維修人員進(jìn)行維修。

冷車打不著車是很常見的現(xiàn)象，一般都發(fā)生在挖掘機(jī)停止作業(yè)好幾天甚至更久之后，這種情況下打不著車的原因主要是電路故障和油路故障，具備一些檢修的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)能在挖掘機(jī)的經(jīng)營(yíng)過程中方便許多。
1、機(jī)油壓力傳感器壓力與輸出電壓成線性，壓力從 0 到 10 bar，輸出電壓從 0.5 到 4.5伏。
判定故障方法：先點(diǎn)火開關(guān)打到“OFF” ，拔下機(jī)油壓力傳感器線束插頭，再將點(diǎn)火開關(guān)打到“ON” ，測(cè)定其插頭的 3腳(A24)與搭鐵間電壓是否為輸入電壓(大約為 4.5~5V),4腳(A44)與搭鐵間的電壓是否為零。
如果測(cè)量結(jié)果偏差較大，則說明線束狀態(tài)有問題，或是 ECU 的輸出電壓有問題。
