基面處理：
基面須穩(wěn)固結(jié)實(shí)、潔凈、無(wú)油污、無(wú)蠟染及其它松散物質(zhì)。
若基面過(guò)于干燥，需潤(rùn)濕基面至無(wú)明水為佳。
新抹灰的表面應(yīng)養(yǎng)護(hù)約12天方可進(jìn)行涂刮膩?zhàn)�，以免因水泥砂漿批蕩層的不穩(wěn)定而造成膩?zhàn)訉拥拈_裂或空鼓等后果。
Surface preparation
Base surface must be firm, clean, not oily or greasy and free from other lose contamination. If surface is too dry. Wet the surface until water can be barely observed on the surface.
Newly powdered surface should be serviced for about 12 days before putty can be applied. To avoid any cracking on the surface due to instability.
施工工藝：
雙組份膩?zhàn)涌蓪⑦m量水倒入容器中，加入添加劑進(jìn)行攪拌均勻，再加入粉劑（單組份膩?zhàn)涌捎眠m量的水倒入容器中，再加入粉料），使用電動(dòng)攪拌器進(jìn)行充分?jǐn)嚢璩删鶆驘o(wú)粉粒、無(wú)沉淀的膏糊狀，靜置3-5分鐘再略作攪拌，即可使用。
操作過(guò)程中應(yīng)保持間斷性攪拌，以防止沉淀。
使用膩?zhàn)幽ǖ秾嚢韬玫臐{料均勻抹刮于工作面上，并要刮光滑、平整，每次抹刮的厚度應(yīng)控制在1.0mm左右；待第一遍膩?zhàn)臃叟瓮瓿杉s4小時(shí)后方可進(jìn)行第二道膩?zhàn)拥氖┕ぁＨ缡翘厥獾姆计岬扔托酝苛鲜┕ぶ谱鞣陆饘俜落X板效果或?qū)嵣Ч氖┕r(shí)可選用耀王邦高硬抗裂膩?zhàn)臃巯盗信蝺傻涝儆靡醢罡攮h(huán)防水膩?zhàn)臃巯盗信蝺傻兰纯�，在批刮第二道膩�(zhàn)訉訒r(shí)可添加玻纖網(wǎng)以更達(dá)到更佳的抗裂效果。
膩?zhàn)优瓮瓿?8小時(shí)以后(視天氣狀況而定),可進(jìn)行必要的打磨工序,打磨時(shí)可將刀痕輕輕磨平即可,切忌因過(guò)度的打磨而影響膩?zhàn)訉拥膹?qiáng)度.
膩?zhàn)訉哟蚰ス饣?天后方可進(jìn)行涂刷各種涂料,采用強(qiáng)抗堿底漆則可縮短養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間.如是氟碳漆等油性涂料的施工時(shí)要注意基面的PH值及含水率要低于9才能施工，以更達(dá)到更好的漆膜涂飾效果。
Application:
Pour enough water into the container for double group of putty, Slowly add additive then powder and stir it.(for single group putty, add enough water then powder) use electrical stirrer to evenly stir the mixture to become lump-free mixture. Leave the mixture for 3-5 minutes followed by minimum stirring to achieve optimal state.
Keep stirring the mixture to avoid lump.
Use trowel to applied ready to use mixture evenly onto the surface, polish the surface gently thickness for each application is around 1.0mm. second layer can be applied 4 hours after the first layer is applied. Two layers of CBN05 followed by two layers of CBN06 can be used for special fluorocarbon and other oil-based paint or solid coloring effect.
Polish the surface 48 hours(depending on the weather) after application.
Painting can be applied on the surface 7 days after polishing. Use strong alkali primer for shorter service period. PH value and moisture content must be below 9 for fluorocarbon and other oil-based paint, for better effect.

切忌將已干結(jié)的膏漿加水混合后使用。

Safety note:
This product should be applied under 5 to 40 C.
Do not mix cured adhesive with water.
Sanding time is dependant on putty level. Normally after 2 days.
Use water to keep wet under dry weather or exposure to sunshine
Do not apply interior putty directly on surfaces with low water absorption or non cement base. Contact our technical department for assistance.

以上產(chǎn)品呈堿性，會(huì)刺激皮膚。在使用過(guò)程中，應(yīng)避免吸入粉塵和接觸皮膚及眼睛，施工時(shí)可佩戴合適用防護(hù)手套及護(hù)眼罩，一但接觸皮膚，應(yīng)用清水沖洗，若接觸到眼睛應(yīng)立即用大量清水沖洗并盡快就醫(yī)診治，本產(chǎn)品無(wú)毒、不易燃，環(huán)保。
Application Safety:
Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Always wear grooves and eye protector in usage. Wash away with water if contact with skin. Wash away with mass water and consult doctor if contact with eyes. This product is environmental-friendly, free of poison, and hard to ignite.
產(chǎn)品貯存：
避免陽(yáng)光直接照射，應(yīng)放在托板上離地貯存，以防止雨水浸濕，避免過(guò)度疊壓，這樣能防止產(chǎn)品過(guò)早失效或結(jié)塊。
未啟封產(chǎn)品可保存一年。
Storage:
Avoid direct sun contact. Should be stored on boards away from floor to avoid rain or water contact.
Stored up to 1 year in package.
